Emma by AXA is the new digital self-service experience for AXA customers to easily access and manage policy servicing and a range of digital lifestyle and health services from both AXA HK and accredited 3rd party partners.
Emma by AXA provides the following key features for Employee Benefits and Life customers:
• Search AXA Healthcare Doctor by Location
• Order prescribed medication and pick up from designated pharmacy (EB only)
• Snap and submit claim easily through app
• Track claim progress anywhere and anytime
• Manage your funds and track your status
• Pay renewal premium via FPS and/or credit card
• Chat services “Ask Emma” where you can engage with our service chatbot or connect with live chat agent
• Integrated health service platform for monitoring and improving health that also rewards you for your healthy habits. Emma by AXA offers you the ability to synchronise with Apple Health Kit and track your step count.
